YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you to quiet title on real property, described as Beginning at the Southwest corner of Block 5 Moab Townsite Survey, Grand County, Utah, and running thence South 89°43’00” East 170.61 feet to the North-South Quarter Section line, thence South 00°09’29” West 99.98 feet along said line thence South 89°30’00” West 166.82 feet along the parcel conveyed to Jesse Marshal thence North 00°05’00” East 40.50 feet thence South 89°30’00” West 3.96 feet thence North 00°21’00” East 61.82 feet to point of beginning containing 0.39 acres.

You must file your answer with this court: District Court, Seventh Judicial District, 125 E. Center Street, Moab, UT 84532.
