The family of Kay Stoye, above, celebrates her 106th birthday April 9. The family was able to gather together at Canyonlands Care Center for the first time in over a year due to the pandemic. Her sons, Jim Stoye, plays the harmonica while Bill Stoye plays ukulele and serenades Kay, below. According to her granddaughter Marina Stoye, the family moved to Moab in 1955. She was born in 1915 in Modesto, California. She is a University of California-Berkeley graduate and a World War II veteran. Marina said Kay has four children, 10 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Courtesy photo
