The event will be held at Frankie D’s, 44 West 200 North, starting at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10 for those wearing a costume made of reused or recycled materials and $15 for those without a costume.
Proceeds will support CCR’s recycling education and outreach efforts to minimize waste in Moab, according to information from CCR.
The night will feature dancing with music by disc jockeys Sydney Forst, DJ Thirtina, E. Demuth and John G’s The Boom Boom Room. In addition, the Fiery Furnace Marching Band will perform.
Prizes will be awarded for the most creative costume, most couture, and the one that’s most downright trashy. Sallie Hodges, Erin Trim and Scotty Foster will serve as judges for the costume contest.
