Insufficient sleep: American couples have bedroom problems [Infographic]

If you’re reading this, chances are you’re tired of not getting enough sleep. Americans suffer from sleeplessness at epidemic levels and it affects everyone in our lives – most notably our partners.

Aside from depression and unattractiveness, lack of sleep can lead to serious health issues. And recent findings show that how we sleep with our partners is a major contributor to overall health and happiness.

Compiled by the Better Sleep Council, the following infographic highlights the importance of sleep in the context of a healthy, happy relationship and offers tips on how couples can sleep better together.
