1. Climate. Utah has four distinct seasons that many Americans love. Winter gets a bit cold, but at the same time, you'll be able to enjoy the pure white snow that blankets the landscape. And before you know it, it's warm and dry again for the warmer months of the year.
3. Scenery. Whether you love mountains, forests, waterfronts, or even the desert, Utah will have the topography that you crave. You can take your pick of the scenery, choosing your ideal, and find a home that will give you a view you will love for years to come.
5. Quality of life. Choosing Utah real estate will put you on the path to a high quality of the life. Both the cities and countryside have an abundance of properties well below the cost that you will find in many other areas of the country. This, combined with high salaries in most cities make living the good life an easy task. You won't need to use your treadmill desk as often in Utah. The recreational opportunities and natural world afford the opportunity to have a high quality of life that is hard to achieve in many parts of the United States.
