Karen Robinson you have some nerve! You have no clue as to how difficult it is to recruit and retain qualified poll workers who are willing to work a more than 14 -hour day for minimal pay!  

You can scream unfairness and cause trouble all you want, but that doesn’t mean that you know the facts or that you have any idea how hard our county clerk’s office, or any county clerk’s office for that matter, works to organize and staff an honest and successful election!  

I don’t consider myself to be either Democrat or Republican; I am a “middle-of-the-road” kind of gal. I worked for Diana Carroll for over two years and I’ve been responsible for organizing and staffing poll workers under her direction. I know first hand the hurdles and stress associated with organizing an election.

Poll workers are hard to come by and you should be thanking those volunteers.  

Diana Carroll runs a tight ship and she does her job well. Maybe you should get your facts straight before you start slinging mud.
