Larry was born May 9, 1949 in Glendale, Ariz., to Leroy and Marioliver (Polly) Bowerman.
He graduated from Monticello High School in 1967. After graduation he moved to San Francisco, Calif., and then up north to Burnt Ranch, Calif. He was a brick layer and poured concrete by trade.
He moved to Green River, Utah in 1992. He helped his mother sell Green River melons and worked for the Dunham Melon stand.
Larry had an interest in sail boats, airplanes, and reading books. A year before he died he started writing a book about small mistakes in your life that have serious effects.
He is survived by his daughter, Mithrell Bowerman, Santa Cruz, Calif.; mother, Marioliver (Polly) of Green River; sister, Judy (Tom) Hills, Eatonville, Wash.; brothers, Von (Cindy) of Green River, Paul (Jeannine) of Logandale, Nev.; eight nieces and one nephew and their spouses; eight great-neices; and nine great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy, and neice, Katina.
Graveside services were held Wednesday, Sept. 12, at 3:30 p.m., at the Elgin Cemetery in Green River.
