The clinic is scheduled to coincide with upcoming school sports enrollment, officials said. Those attending should bring all medical forms required for the school sports physical.
Appointments are required and will be taken on a call-in basis. To make an appointment, call the MFHC. Walk-in patients with the greatest need will be priority after those with appointments are seen. A $15 donation per patient is requested to help the clinic continue to offer services to the community. For continuing care, the MFHC can help patients navigate Moab’s health care system to obtain follow-up treatment.
Since 2008, the Moab Free Health clinic has provided free healthcare to the Moab community. Physicians and health care provider volunteers are always needed to continue offering these free and necessary services. Please contact Allyson O’Connor at (435) 259-1113 for more information on how to volunteer your valuable time and treat patients within your scope of practice and to your comfort level.
