In this class you will learn how to make a daily probiotic juice. The probiotic cultures we will be working with are lactobacillus bifidus and acidophilus. The culture-rich juice is made simply from cabbage and filtered water, and will provide more live probiotics than any product you could purchase in the supplement industry. Bring a quart or half gallon mason jar, and you will be sent home with your initial starter in the making!
