"Remembering Edward Abbey:  His Legacy and Relevance Today."  On the 25th anniversary of Ed Abbey's death, Moab will celebrate and reflect on the works and influence of the canyon-country author, with a film screening of ML Lincoln's new documentary on Abbey, "Wrenched.".  Speakers and a panel discussion are also planned, and participants/speakers for the March 15 film screening in Moab include:  ML Lincoln (film-maker), "Seldom Seen" Ken Sleight (river man, Abbey's friend), Ken Sanders (rare book dealer, friend of Abbey), and John Weisheit (river activist, Living Rivers).  Bob Lippman (environmental lawyer/educator, river runner/activist, friend of Abbey) will be hosting. 
Doors @ 6, program @ 7, Star Hall, 159 East Center, Moab.  Free admission; Suggested donation at door to benefit Living Rivers.
